The Recyclotron is powered by a bank of perpetual motion machines that crackle loudly as they draw Improbability into the area; however, it seems the Improbability is important to keeping the whole thing running, as you can't see how this would work otherwise. As previously, a series of technical manuals explain the functions of the Recyclotron in breaking down objects and creatures into usable components.

There is a large warning on the first page of the manual:

"DO NOT ENTER RECYCLOTRON OR ATTEMPT TO SHUT DOWN RECYCLOTRON YOURSELF. Recyclotron is designed to convert all matter, organic and inorganic, into its component parts to be allocated to Resource Storage. Recyclotron can be used to recycle dead or living bodies. If you need to shut down Recyclotron, please consult Admin Walker for instructions."
