Home to Headphones Jones and his microphones, the guy in the Comms Tent spies on your every word as you go around town. And then he relays it to his buddies. Anywhere else he'd be viewed as an invasive creep, but your life's already being broadcast worldwide right now so who cares.((Theoretically he's relaying information to [[characters:npc:watcher|The Watcher]], but again - cameras!))

Slip the radio operator twenty [[items:req|requisition]] tokens, and he'll let you borrow his headset((Which I guess would make him 'Bare Ears Earl?')) so you can spy on people's conversations on the opposite side of the island. This was a bigger deal in the olden days, when each outpost also had its own out-of-character channel and thus a lot more conversations to keep track of. But if you just want to roleplay and the price of Witchbloom Seedpods((Where do we want to make an item page for that? items:req:witchbloom?)) gets too stupidly high, a bit of bribery is the cheapest way to meet with friends.

Hell, he'll even let you taunt the idiots on the [[places:jungle:Failboat]]. No concussion required!

Headphones Jones is quite the artist, and is open to commissions. Buy a picture of a winking cat off him for 2,000 Requisition - it weighs nothing, can't be lost, and you can use it to navigate the island more effectively!
