Line 1: Line 1:
-Candy should probably be an SPitembut you can get it from a candybomb (not just the SFFC)so here is a landing pageIt probably doesn'need subpages but it wuld be fun to duplicate the types and images of candy from the main site.+Candy is a consumable item with many varieties, all of which give some kind of buff when consumed. They can be purchased in the Super Fancy Fun Shop (SFFS) with Supporter Points (SP).
 +
+Candy bombs are a unique item which comes in various sizesalso purchasable in the Super Fancy Fun Shop. They can be placed in any outpost and activated to 'explode' some time after, usually a minute or two. When the candy bomb goes off, players in the outpost can see a list of candies on the ground they can pick up.
 +
+Players who have never used the Super Fancy Fun Shop or spent any Supporter Points on candies can still get candies, either by picking them up after a candy bomb or as gifts from other players. As of time of writing, candies are one of the few items in-game that are free to send by the Gifting Station.
 +
+When consuming candy, all seem to give the same flavour text:
+  * You stuff the delicious [candy name] into your face. You feel little more energetic!
 +
+Below is a non-exhaustive list of candies, with the descriptions they are given in game.
 +
 +  * Jimmy Crumbles: A seasonal favorite
+  * Flick: Marketed with the slogan "Go onhave a flick," Flick bars were only one of the many tragedies inflicted upon the world by sans-serif fonts and poor tracking.
+  * Mister Finger: A beckoning length that can't wait to get inside you.
 +  * Bumpy Frank: A nutty delight.
+  * Furtler: Cheekly named after and obscure Victorian sexual practice, the Furtler is what you have when you're desperate for something and all other choices escape you.
+  * Bag of Squirty Giggles: Little oyster-shaped gummy thingies. When you bite down, they spray bitter and tangy liquid into your mouth.
+  * Balls: You're damn right I got balls, mister, I got fuckin' hundreds of 'em.
 +  * Blunge: A chunky, chocolatey treat.
+  * Spanky: A little more exciting than vanilla.
+  * Twungle: An aromatic, vaguely meaty feast.
 +  * Dong: A long, satisfying mouthful.
 +  * Llama Bar: A musky-smelling, slightly hairy delicacy.
+  * Bag of LIPS: Candy lips, thousands of them, each smaller than an ant's head, meticulously hand-crafted. They get everywhere. Don'breathe them in.
+  * Rumpadoo: The bouncy, biteable bar.
+  * Nutty Log: A log-shaped chocolate bar festooned with crushed nuts. Yummy!
+  * NipNips: An assortment of soft and firm pyramidal chocolate shapes.
 +  * Swizzler: A fruity sherbert confection.
+  * Hello.: The Hello. bar is a grey-chocolate masterpiece of contemporary design, sold alongside expensive and starkly functional Swedish furniture. It tastes like fucking misery.
+  * Country Hunny: Countr Hunny was advertised using an alarmingly oversexualized cartoon rabbit mascot that gave rise to a generation of sexual deviants.
+  * Sweet Touch: A sickeningly sweet mess.
 +  * ButterBum: A buttery yellow-colored white chocolate bar.
+  * Momf: Some bloody marshmallow nonsense.
+  * Suck: The sweet that needs no explanation.
 +  * Flippler: A delicately swirly texture.
+  * Bag of Fish Cubes: Henson's Traditional Fish Cubes survive in the modern world because they are traditional, and are given to crying children by granparents who have fond childhood memories of hating the fucking things.
+  * Snudge: A Snudge bar contains a minty green phlegmy goo.
+  * Chocolate Rings: Sliding your tongue into these things is oddly satisfying.
+  * Bag of Slippery Starfish: The starfish-shaped chocolates in here are slippery because they've been glazed with a semi-edible two-part activated clearcoat.
 +  * Mange: A sticky yellowish-brown gunge.
+  * Dave: A simple bar for simple tastes.
 +
 +
+NOTE: content that can or should be added later:
+  * the text player is shown upon consuming each candy
+  * pictures of each candy, if possible (how/where would they be hosted?)
+  * what buffs each candy gives, if possible (this would take a long time to figure out!)
 +
+  * list of candy bombs, and their descriptions, and possible pictures as well
 +
+  * info re candy cravings, choosing a favourite candy
 +
 +More notes from Blixtree:
+  * no one seems sure what buffs candy actually gives. experimented on a Level 1 rank 6 character, seems to show all candies gave the same buff: +5 to attack and +10 to defence.
+  * this is strange because on the same character I had a much, `i much `i higher buff at one point - showing literally +12,000 to defence.
+  * it's possible the buff can be multiplied by rank? will try to come back to update
