 It's not clear how much of the Watcher's caustic attitude is genuine, and how much of it is a front she puts on for the show's broadcast. Certainly //some// of her demeanor is an act - she'll freely admit that impractical red turtleneck she wears is a costume. But don't expect many opportunities to talk to her about her personal life. She doesn't know you. She has a lot of people to care about already. And she's always on the clock.
